Welcome to Sedicipuglia, a place where the flavors of Italy meet the stories of the heart. My name is Clementina, and I’m an Italian food blogger from Puglia, a beautiful region in Southern Italy.
I started this blog in 2009 to collect and share the traditional recipes of my land – along with the memories, traditions, and aromas that made them so special to me.
I was born and raised in a small town in the Gargano, in the heart of Puglia, surrounded by olive trees, homemade bread, Sunday’s bubbling sauces, and the slow rhythm of the seasons.
My parents were farmers, and from them I learned to love the land, respect the cycles of nature, and cook with what it offers us.
On Sedicipuglia you’ll find over 500 recipes – carefully written and explained step by step, so that everyone can try them.
They are authentic and often ancient dishes, deeply rooted in the culinary traditions of Puglia and the Mediterranean, born from passion, research, and dedication.
Here you’ll discover a kind of cooking that doesn’t follow trends, but preserves the beauty of simplicity and the strength of memory.
Sedicipuglia is more than just a recipe collection: it’s a journey through flavors and emotions.
If you’re looking for real Italian food – and especially the soul of my Puglia – you’re in the right place.
